I got my first 'proper' camera in May 2019 for my 50th birthday, accompanied by a holiday treat to Borneo in October of the same year. I spent the summer getting to know my camera before putting it to the test in Borneo where I took over 6000 photos in 10 days! I have very poor eye sight and love seeing the detail through the camera. I particularly enjoy photographing people, animals and everything to do with flora and fauna. All photos here are my own.
