I am a printmaker and illustrator and specialise in silk screen printing. My lanterns are made from Tosa Shi Japanese paper which is lovely and translucent. I use a silk screen to print on the images by hand and create all the designs which are inspired by the sea and by nature. When I have completed each design by drawing and editing for size each one is then transferred onto a silk screen for printing. I use high quality water based inks and each lantern is lined with flame retardant paper and supplied with a votive holder and a white candle. Each lantern measures 12cm wide x 16cm high
