I had not taken photography seriously for many years until a friend's example encouraged me to try again starting in 2006.

What you will see here is a visual diary of daily life and occasional travel. Can't pretend it's art, and often I will not photograph the famous views.

My icon: a sketch made years ago by my favorite artist. The sketch no longer exists. Only a photo of it does.

Most of the photos you see of a young man in this photostream are not of me. :-)
