My name is Tiegan Thornborrow

I am studying the Creative and Digital Arts course at level 3 at the Guernsey College of Further Education.

My creative strengths are mostly drawing with pen and pencil. However during my time at this course, I've picked up painting and basic skills in stop motion and 2D animation. I've always been very passionate about art, for as long as I can remember I have been drawing whatever comes to my head. I've always believed art is a form of escape and self expression, and with coming to this course, I have discovered things about myself as an artist that's helped me broaden my skills and techniques.

In the future, I plan to take the skills I've learnt and media I enjoy to the next level. Potentially to go to University to study fine arts like painting and drawing, or illustration. Maybe animation instead, mostly involved with music like creating animated music videos. Whatever it is, I hope to take the skills I've learnt and secure a successful future of enjoying what I do best.
