David Joseph Simard is a successful private real estate developer and construction consultant in Vancouver, Canada. Simard attended the University of Windsor where he focused in on his passion for real estate and construction. He then attended Michigan State University where he received two Bachelors of Arts in industrial psychology and history and international relations. Simard has been able to take everything he learned while in school and apply it to his work. He currently is consulting for multi-national corporations where he provides legal, financial, operations, and turnkey real estate project management solutions. In his free time Simard enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, skiing and hiking. He is also an avid wine connoisseur can be found sampling some of Vancouver's finest wines when he isn't traveling for work.
