I'm a geologist and travel a lot for work, and I try to get out as much as I can to take in the local scenery and shoot photos. I mostly do landscapes or city shots, but like macro photography and looking for interesting details.

Haven't been on flickr for too long, and have been slightly overwhelmed with the amazing variety of styles, the creativity, and also how people present themselves. So for now I'm mostly taking it in and one day I hope some of it will rub off on me. Till then I'll just keep on struggling :)
