I am a 25 year old student/ entrepreneur. I graduated in 2002 from Johnson and Wales University with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts. I currently work from home baking and decorating cakes and other baked goods. In 2007 I decided to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. My future plans include opening a bakery, restaurant, and a chain of upscale hotels that not only appeal to the more mature crowd and the young, hip trend setters and everyone in between. I am very goal oriented and I don't plan on letting go of my dreams. Please look for me in the near future.
