As far as I can remember, I always seemed to have an interest in the art of Photography but due to other commitments was unable to pursue my interest until late 2005.
I finally entered the world of digital photography in 2016; with my career background in information technology I soon had full control of my camera and the process of image making thus my passion for photography 'snowballed'.
In 2006 I joined the Royal Photographic Society within the United Kingdom within two months I was proudly rewarded a distinction.
I am very much influenced by the work and thoughts of Ansel Adams and this is evident in my enjoyment of landscape and black and white fine art imagery. To me photography is a process of seeing, taking, making and presenting.
In 2007 a picture belonging to my ' Pyrenees" series was highly commended in the 'Digital Photography of the year 2007'.
My passion for photography continues through my landscape and portrait work and I find myself in the fortunate position to successfully educate others through courses and workshops in photography.
