I come from a family of artists, my father was a landscape artist, my brother is a professional artist, very different in style from my father and my other brother is also artistic. Photography is my art. A perfect technical shot with little artistic merit is no use to me. Images taken with passion not precision is what I strive for. I am a beginner by comparison to the many excellent photographers on Flickr, but my images although not perfect technically, are passionate. My other passion is travel, exploring that wonderful world out there, with my husband while we can. There is so much I haven't seen nor experienced, other cultures, other lands, so many opportunities for capturing those memories with my camera. We live in Spain, although I am English and these days have more time for travel and photography. I will share the best of my memories with you here on Flickr.
