I am a busy professional with too many interests.
Digital cameras had rekindled childhood hobby of photography.
Got all the gears but too little time and certainly lacking in artistic talent.
Too old and slow to learn all the computer wizanderies, so just stick to all in-camera shooting with no PP.
I suppose it is like shooting slides in the days gone by.
Interested in various genres of photogrphy, anything that is pretty and interesting.
I used to use the Nikon D50 with its twin kit lens of AFS 18-55 and 70-300G zooms.
Currently mainly using the Nikon D300 with the AFS 18-200 VR for walk around and AFS 70-200f:2.8 VR for serious stuffs.
I have D90 with AFS 17-35 f:2.8 for back up.
Various specialty lens:
AFD50 f:1.4 for low light
AFD35-70 f:2.8 for low light walk about and
AFD 80-400VR for telephotos;
AFD80-200 gives excellent bokeh but too heavy to carry around;
AFS VR 70-200 f:2.8 G ( finally succumbed to temptation)
TC17II to go with the above.
AFS 105 Micro VR for macro and portraits ;
AFS 12-24 ultrawide as well as the
Bigma 50-500 HMS with 2x TC for super long shots.
Various filters including Corkin P and CPL etc
Tripod, monopod with one each of ball and threeway heads.
NO flash.
NO software.
Got given NIkon Capture NX with D300 but never used.
Canon Pixma IP4200 for A4 printing and
Canon Pro 9000 for A3+ printing.
