Drag to set position!
I am starting to upload my Railway Photos from the 1980's. I was taught by my father WJ Verden-Anderson and blessed with a good basic Nikon camera quite early on so took photos in the 1980's around Scotland and some in England, particularly Rugby, where I went to school. Studying in Glasgow in the second half of the 1980's gave me a chance to photograph the changing scene in Scotland. I lost interest in 1989 when locomotive hauled trains started to disappear and I had other priorities to focus on. I retained an interest in Photography in general and so also enclose some photos from recent times.
WJ Verden-Anderson: I also enclose some diesel and electric photos that my father took and will add some more photos as soon as possible. Whilst his real interest and passion was for steam photography he did keep his eye in by chasing the occasional diesel and electric train and getting some amazing photos. He passed away at an early age in 1989.
Ian Addison: I also include some photos which Ian took in the 1970's and 1980's. He was a good friend who lived in Fife but passed away at an early age in 2012. To view the full collection, please look at the 'IanAddisonCollection' on Flickr. He has some very interesting photos.
