Hello and welcome to my gallery :)

My name is Kasia.

I am Polish and currently living and working in beautiful Monmouthshire, Wales. Have been living here since 2010 - and still cannot believe how lucky I am to be surrounded by picturesque landscape.

I am crazy gardener (according to some of my clients). I design gardens too. I am taking a lot of photos of plants and flowers. Gardening is my biggest hobby - I can easily say I am lucky because I love what I do for living :)

My other hobby is craft. I have always wanted to do something crafty - finally started in Spring 2018. I am decorating boxes, jars, bottles and other objects using technique called decoupage.

I have recently discovered another techinique called mixed media - still waiting to do my first project.

Oh, not to forget bit of scrapbooking and journaling.

I also do some knitting in winter when I am not so busy outside ;)

As for photograpy as I mentioned my comfort zone is plants and flowers photography. Bit of landscape photography too :)

I like taking photos of architecture as well. Taking photos made me change the way I look at the world around me - before I picked up a camera (acutaly it was a mobile camera first) I was walking on the street and looking at my shoes (I was a bit shy I have to admit). Now I am looking up, very often taking photos of 1 floor windows or even higher ;)

And I love challenges - thinking outside the box, trying new things - simply being creative :)

I am a member of Abergavenny Camera Club - I have to say I have learnt so much :)

And you've probably have noticed by now I like to smile a lot and make other people smiling too :))))
