I was born and raised in Wisconsin (USA), and now living in southern Florida. Back in 2015 I was finally able to take my photography to a new level when I joined a local camera club. This club frequently visited the Everglades National Park and started my love affair with the wild swamps and forest of the Everglades. I love to travel to see and photograph new places.

This past December (2019) I became a Community Advocate for Nature First (www.naturefirstphotography.org) Alliance for Responsible Nature Photography (SE USA Region) and invite everyone who loves and photographs in nature to join. It costs nothing to join, but pays in dividends for the good principles it promotes.
