I'm a Retinal Photographer (eyes) working for the NHS screening patients with Diabetes.

Have recently got back into photography as a hobby after buying an old Canon EOS D60 on ebay (well... NHS salaries aren't brilliant you know!!).... and have bought a few lenses 2nd hand as well.

My local zoo has a pay once visit for a year for free, so alot of my practice is there at the moment (as you may have guessed by looking at my recent photos), but we also have a 'just for fun' photo competition at work which gives me a bit of variety and prompts me to be slightly more creative and experimental!!
