Hello!

I'm an apparel designer with a background in environmental science. Weird combination, I know...

Here's my story: Taught by my mother as a kid, I've been sewing all my life and always loved making clothes and costumes for myself growing up. I'm also passionate about the outdoors, and carried by that passion, I attended the University of Waterloo for Environmental Studies, favouring courses that taught botany and plant science. I kept sewing while in school, and participated in campus craft fairs as a vendor.

After I graduated, I discovered that no one wanted to hire me to live in the woods and know things about plants... Thus, I started an Etsy shop. I plunged into the world of steampunk and started selling my costumes online. In 2016, I decided to change focus, and began creating streetwear apparel, rather than costumes, and started another Etsy shop. It was then that I discovered an unexpected love for the world of fashion, with all its capacity for creativity paired with technical perfection.

Today I am working on an eco-friendly line that will finally fuse my two passions; fashion and the environment.
