Just a cursory glance of Janette's work, will probably reveal little to you, and also do her a great dis-service. To best appreciate this lady's abilities, you need time. I say abilities, because the 'art-work'( for that is what it truly is) covers a number of aspects. Behind any great masterpiece, or indeed, work of any description, there is always a mass of unseen preparation. Janette provides all of this in her dedication and commitment as a hair and make-up artist. A true labour of love, which is then observed in her ability as a model. her portfolio demonstrates through all the styles, the capacity and capability Janette has in understanding what is expected and required to produce 'The art of portraiture' as is observed in her gallery. What is also very evident, is that Janette has that rarest of gifts, 'natural' beauty. And that can neither be 'bought or taught' In context, when the two aspects of Artistry and Beauty combine, the result is the Janette in this beautiful gallery. You do not either have to know, or need to know how it 'works', simply allow yourself the privilige of being able to appreciate the true beauty that is before you.
