BUDO CANADA is a new full service 25,000 sq.ft health and fitness club with a focus on using MMA and Boxing for general fitness and offering exceptional facilities for elite athletes in combat sports. We are based near Dufferin and Lawrence and our club features a complete line of strength and cardio equipment in addition to weekly offerings of a wide range of group fitness classes including boot camp, epoc, spinning, and yoga.
