PASSION! This is what many people seek, but few ever find. I had a passion at one point (the military, this is a long story that I might tell someday), but left it to be with the person I love and started a family. I have found a career working as a IT manager and I do enjoy working in this field, but it not a PASSION.

I have often said that if I won the lotto I would find the best college to earn a history degree and become a doctor of History, since I haven't won the lottery I found the next best thing; photography. Having the ability to capture a moment of history and share it with others is my passion. I have always loved taking pictures, many times I have kicked myself for not having my camera with me even when the camera was a Nikon Coolpix S230 or a P530. As of 2018 I have upgraded to a DSLR and I LOVE IT. I have just purchased a Nikon D3400 with the 18-55mm kit lens and a used 70-300mm lens. I am amazed at all of the options I now have with the DSLR and am thrilled at the possibilities that I see in my future.
