I haven't posted for several months because I've been recuperating from a surprising and serious heart arythmia which put me in ICU for weeks. I'm improving all the time, although it is a long haul.

I'm so excited to have a new camera. This one is a Cannon Powershot S95. I haven't read the manual yet, but couldn't wait to start playing around with it. I'm glad to have a working camera to play with. This one is both automatic and manual, so I've got a lot to learn. -

I've got an inexpensive Kodak-shareware- click and shoot camera and am a complete novice. I admire the artistic eye through which photographers see the world, and hope to learn to develop some of that (if it's possible to learn).

I love collecting various photos together and creating galleries and mosaics of other Flickr member's work. Through doing this I've been learning about what I like & love as well as feeding my brain information that I'm trying to include whenever I take photographs. I'm sure one day I'll learn how to take good photos and I know it'll be attributable to all this mosaic making. Hope you enjoy them.

PLEASE don't post flashing or animated images in the comment section of my photos or mosaics. While they're clever and cute, I find them distracting and visually disturbing.

I do try to check out everyone's photostream when you post a comment. I'm afraid to make everyone a contact in return because I won't be able to follow your posts with the attention they deserve. Hope you understand.
