Protect the Protest is a coalition of organizations to fight “Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation” (SLAPP) threats and to protect our rights to speak out, criticize, and protest peacefully.

The task force is made up of dozens of member organizations with leading groups in different sectors, including the ACLU, Greenpeace, Freedom of the Press Foundation, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, EarthRights International, Rainforest Action Network, and the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable.

We stand together as one to expose courtroom bullying, and protect the right to boldly speak the truth. Because an attack on one of us is an attack on all.
