I am a real life mermaid, a botanist and an herbalist. I believe in the power and magic of plants and their healing properties. I have been to sea for the past twelve years. Now after two on land I've completed The Apprenticeship at Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley CA. 120 plant monographs later and applying them in therapeutics I've combined some of their energetics into hand crafted and artisan products. The research was fun to do and a good layering of information on top of a degree in Botany from UCSC and six years teaching ethnobotany and botany to The American Public in six National Parks.

I especially love making the signature jewelry that you can find here. Each piece comes with a mini-monograph to teach you the etymology of the plant and it's many applications in plant/physiology healing.
