My name is Laura and I am an analogue photographer with a keen interest in black and white 35mm film. More recently, I have learnt to develop film at home and this has given me the impetus to experiment and explore the art in more detail. I lean towards high contrast images, double exposures and pushing film in low light situations.

Living in the city of Plymouth my architectural and landscape photos are a direct response to my surroundings. I am drawn to capturing familiar or easily dismissed subjects and contexts and re-framing them in a way that instills a strong aesthetic impact from the viewer.
