The interest in aerospace and astronomie I have since childhood , but it remained a passive hobby.

After a long career in the chemical industry I have now more time for hobbies, such as astronomy which I started in 2017, with a 9.25 SCT and CGX mount at my home.

Obviously this setup was far from ideal to do astrophotography but it was an interesting beginning which much failures and learnings.

And as I was learning this art , new equipment came on board , specially fast scopes such as a RASA 8 , a TAK Epsilon130.

My mobile observation moved into a fixed shed, with roll-off roof , which is not a luxury here in Belgium.

In my astro shed here at home I have two piers , one is equipped with a Lacerta 250 F4 Newton , riding an Ioptron CEM120EC2 , which was quite an improvement versus the CGX.
