Art of photography is one of the vehicles for my spiritual evolution.
Constantly exploring, learning, and improving the art.
Meaningfully, I started photography in 2014, when recovering from seriously critical illness, the challenge I've encountered while on pilgrimage following Buddha steps in India.
This is when I passionately have fallen for still photography, I picked up my camera, when it was still too heavy to hold it steady, and it became my loyal companion while I was re-learning to walk again, and quickly recovering from illness.
I set myself a goal, within 2 years, since my recovery started, to become fit, and good photographer enough to go on my first self financed three months assignment in Nepalese Himalayan mountains.
The intended goal was reached, but not without serious challenges and sacrifices. I've learned some lessons.
I'm on my self learning path, and goal is to bring the art to the highest standards possible.
I'm not a pro, as I can not mix my evolving passion with chase after money.
I can not do both at the same time, properly.
So far, I haven't met someone, who would do the promotions and sales for me.
To finish the process of image creation the best I can, I'm editing my images in post processing image editor, because raw files are giving me more latitude, than just out of camera jpeg file.
I started this collection as a kind of portfolio in the middle of June 2018, being confident, that this time, my images are good enough to show.
Still learning, and my standards are set very high.
I'll be slowly adding to this collection, as I have the tons of images to re-edit them again. All the time, while my editing skills are improving, I keep re-editing the same images over, and over.
The image material consists of 100% of my own photos. No AI image generation.
No staged shots of people, unless specifically asked for a portrait shot.
A candid photography gives me the greatest satisfaction.
Gradually, I'm experimenting with different cameras from different brands. This is evolving process of deep learning pros & cons camera and lenses.
If possible, I shoot the same scenes in different lights, and in all seasons with all cameras, I have.
More cameras, and lenses are coming.
G'day to all of You :-)
