I started with photography as an eleven year old boy, spotting military airplanes at airfield Twenthe, armed with a 35mm film camera, a Praktika L and 135mm lens.

In those days they were flying with T-33’s and Starfighters (306 etc. squadrons).

My next camera’s were several SLR’s and finally a Nikon f2S with 80-200 2.8. After many years i started with digital, like Nikon D100/300/3/7100/7200 and Canon 5D/6D. Lots of lenses ai/ais/af/afs followed with them (and some stayed with me).

I started with nature photography with walking in Holland/Twenthe etc. just some years ago and i like it. I love the early morning trips at sunrise and shooting while walking around (7km to 15km).
