The N.C. Press Pool provides free multimedia content to news organizations across North Carolina.

Pool contributors donate photographs for general use by the state press. All journalists working for a North Carolina Press Association news organization are automatically granted permission to use any of the photographs found on this page.

Journalists working for organizations that are not part of the NCPA should email ncpresspool@gmail.com to request permission. The N.C. Press Pool is not affiliated with the NCPA.

While not required, credit is always appreciated. “Photograph by [contributor’s name]/N.C. Press Pool” is our preferred style for attribution.
