I'm a therapist who finds my sanity by driving endless dirt roads with my dogs, Shoogy and Clyde, in search of abandoned locations to photograph. I'm invigorated by the neverending prairie winds.

I've been exploring abandoned locations since the early 2000s and only recently discovered my true passion for photography. I edit my pictures to match how I see them in my minds eye or how the scene feels to me when I first come upon it. Photography is a creative art. "It doesn't really look like that", I've heard people say about my photos. I don't photography their reality, I photograph mine.
