I'll focus here on historical military photographies from Hanover (in German: Hannover) which basically stands not only for the city of Hannover but also for the historical Prussian province (1866-1918) and before that the Kingdom of Hanover (1814-1866) - for which in both cases the city was eponymous. If appropriate I will also take pictures of and show other objects that fit the theme. And some of the latter may be even older than the timeframe named above, but not much (Kurfürstentum Hannover). And maybe I will show some Oldenburg and Brunswick stuff and something more from imperial Germany and ww1 that I just like, too, who knows - we're all people of Niedersachsen and the world today, anyway... :-D Ah, yes - absolutely everything shown here is owned by me and solely me - unless otherwise stated ;-D But enough "talk", enjoy your - in a cosmic perspective - short stay!
