Yoandry Cáceres Rivero:

Artista de la plástica. Dibujante y pintor.

Nació el 5 de septiembre de 1992. Creció en Vieja Bermeja, poblado perteneciente al municipio Unión de Reyes, en la provincia de Matanzas, Cuba. Dibuja y pinta desde muy pequeño, pero su formación técnica y profesional, dentro del amplio campo de las Artes Visuales, comenzó en el año 2004, a la edad de 11 años, durante tres años consecutivos recibió lecciones académicas particulares en el taller de la artista Lisaida Engracia Lamar Martínez, quien fue su profesora de Artes Plásticas e Historia del Arte hasta el momento que ingresa a la escuela de arte. En el año 2007 comienza estudios de Nivel Medio en la Escuela Pedagógica “René Fraga Moreno” de la ciudad de Matanzas. Se graduó de este centro en el año 2011, con el título de “Bachiller en Humanidades e Instructor de Arte, especialidad Artes Plásticas”, resultando ser el alumno más integral de su especialidad. En el año 2012 comienza sus estudios de Nivel Superior en la Facultad de Ciencias Pedagógicas de la Universidad de Matanzas “Camilo Cienfuegos”, se graduó en el año 2016 con el título de “Licenciado en Educación. Instructor de Arte”. En el año 2014 es elegido miembro de la Asociación Hermanos Saiz de su provincia, organización que brindó apoyo a su primera exposición personal “Retractus”, en su ciudad natal, realizada en el año 2013. En el 2014 es graduado de “Lengua Inglesa” en la Escuela de Idiomas “Federico Engels” de la ciudad de Matanzas. Ha impartido talleres de Artes Plásticas, de (Apreciación y Creación) en la escuela Secundaria Básica “Abel Santamaría” del poblado San Antonio de Cabeza y en el Centro Mixto “Eufemio Álvarez Guevara” de su localidad. Ha realizado diversas exposiciones colectivas y personales y su obra está en colecciones de varias instituciones de La Habana. Por su labor creadora ha sido acreedor de numerosos premios en certámenes nacionales y provinciales y su trabajo ha sido publicado por diferentes medios nacionales e internacionales, un ejemplo de ello es la Revista extranjera “Más Cuba” en la edición de noviembre de 2015, con el artículo “La Magia de sus Retratos”, por la prestigiosa periodista Ana Llerena Martín. Biography

Yoandry Cáceres Rivero:

Plastic artist. Draughtsman and painter.

He was born on September 5th, 1992. He grew up in Vieja Bermeja, a town belonging to the Unión de Reyes municipality, in the province of Matanzas, Cuba. He draws and paints since a very young age, but his technical and professional training, within the broad field of Visual Arts, began in 2004 at the age of 11, during three consecutive years he received private academic lessons with the artist Lisaida Engracia Lamar Martínez, who was his professor of Plastic Arts and Art History until the moment he entered the art school. In 2007 he began studying at the "René Fraga Moreno" Pedagogical School in the city of Matanzas. He graduated from this center in 2011 with the title of "Bachelor in Humanities and Art Instructor, speciality Plastic Arts", resulting to be the most integral student of his speciality. In 2012 he began his studies at the Higher Level in the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Matanzas "Camilo Cienfuegos", graduated in 2016 with the title of "Bachelor of Education. Art Instructor". In 2014 he was elected member of the Hermanos Saiz Association of his province, an organization that provided support to his first personal exhibition "Retractus" in his hometown, held in 2013. In 2014 he is a graduate of "English Language" at the "Federico Engels" Language School in the city of Matanzas. He has taught Plastic Arts, Appreciation and Creation workshops at the "Abel Santamaría" Secondary School in the town of San Antonio de Cabeza and at the Mixed Center "Eufemio Álvarez Guevara" in his town. He has made several collective and personal exhibitions and his work is in collections of various institutions in Havana. For his creative work he has been awarded numerous prizes in both national and provincial competitions and his work has been published by different national and international media, an example of this is the "Más Cuba" foreign magazine in the November 2015 edition, with the article "The Magic of his Portraits", by the prestigious journalist Ana Llerena Martín.
