I started taking photos when I was five years old with a Kodak Duaflex. At the time, I didn’t know what “composition” meant; I just knew the world looked different when you framed it in glass and metal. Decades later, I’m still chasing that feeling.

I’ve owned more cameras than I care to admit (and dreamed of even more). Honestly though, what matters to me isn’t the gear, but the moments: a stretch of water at sunset, the clutter of a workbench, or my dog staring out the window like she’s solving the world’s problems. My photos lean toward landscapes, still life, and the everyday details that most people walk right past. Occasionally I point the lens at people, though I’m more comfortable with trees, buildings, and animals.

I don’t claim to be a professional. I’m just someone who never lost the impulse to press the shutter and see what comes of it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But that’s part of the fun.
