UPDATE Spring 2024

I am loving the X-H2S. Matched up with the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS II USM (with or without the 1.4X TC) is proving to be a great combination. But I have had to post most of those other pictures elsewhere, as I have decided that until Flickr gets it's act together, I am not buying PRO. The forums are too full of bug reports that are not being addressed. So I am holding off and I don't think I am alone in this boat.

So this year is going to be amazing! I am getting married to the most amazing person, I am the luckiest guy. But before that happens we have just got back from a week in Cyprus. A bit of winter sun but little did I know that we would be surrounded by migrating birds. 3 Legged Thing Leo didn't get amuch of a run out but the Tenba Solstice 24L (special deal @cameraworld) was amazing. Light, comfortable to carry and so protective.

The wedding is in week and then a few weeks later we jet off to Italy (for a kind of honeymoon) to stay with my cousin and friends of my new wife.

Towards the end of the year - a proper honeymoon to New Zealand. Might need more CF Express cards!
