I named my photography page Through A Widows Lens when I realized that I had started seeing the world through new eyes when I became a widow. My name is Trish Grimsley and I love to explore the abandoned. I challenge myself with how I photograph, what I photograph, and the editing of the some of the final works. I enjoy traveling around the United States, hopefully someday over seas, with my truck and my dogs Laney and Bo, both Blue Heeler mixes. Sometimes I fly to random states and drive around myself for a week or two just to discover new things. I have a full time job and I enjoy it as it keeps me grounded and fills the pocket book for more travel!
