Hi. My name is Leslie Ovalle, I am a journalist based in Miami, FL. This site is a culmination of my photojournalism work, dedicated to finding and sharing stories that bring what’s far away close to home. I am currently a student at Florida International University, an intern at WLRN, South Florida's NPR station and freelance as a multimedia journalist for the Miami Herald and the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
