What is Second Life? It's a lot like the Sims in a way, but you are the Sim, so much Freedom to learn and grow from it, you can Build, learn new things and Explore other's people creations, Ideas

You can make friends, or Find Love, or just hang with friend and people from all over the world.

Just like the Real world, there are Unhealthy Mentally unstable people in here too, Alot of charlatan's and con Artist too, best way to avoid them is just to Block them, then you won't have to deal with their Issues, Trickery and Ignorance

As for SL support, it can be improved, there are people spending real money.

It's a no Brainer.
