The Office of Diversity and Inclusion develops, articulates, and operationalizes an institutional approach that fosters a diverse and inclusive community. We work collaboratively with faculty, administrators, staff, and students to create a campus culture that transforms the driving assumptions underlying our policies and allocation of resources, offers programming intended to broaden community understanding, and synthesizes institutional practices to assure our increasingly diverse campus experiences equitable treatment.
