I am an amateur photographer who learns through trial and error. I bought my first SLR camera for the birth of my daughter to take nice pictures of her. I had to realize that an expensive camera does not automatically lead to good pictures. The more I take pictures, the more I realize that I have no idea what I'm doing half the time. I try to get more sense for motives and to achieve a beautiful picture design, as well as to learn the technical side of photographing.

I do not want to specialize in a special kind of photography, but to capture that in pictures that I find beautiful, touching or inspiring.
