Cullen is a 24 year-old multimedia artist working in Frederick, MD. He is largely self-taught in painting mediums and enjoys collage, sewing, and creating sculptures from natural, found objects. He is very interested in mastering tattoo equipment and has earned an OSHA blood-borne pathogen certification through his work at University of Maryland.
