Swenson House Historical Society is the care-takers for the Swenson House in Abilene, TX. We have a 30 member board that maintains the property, put on public events, gives guided tours & rents the property for private events.

William Gray & Shirley Swenson were very influential in the development of Abilene & surrounding areas in the early 1900's. The home has almost been untouched since it was donated to the Abilene Preservation League over 20 years ago by the family.
