I started in the Morris with Herga in 1973 and, since then, I have been a member of a number of sides and with different styles. In 1975 I moved to Manchester and joined Gorton and Adlington before a move to Bollin MorrisI moved to Australia in 1982, joined Moreton Bay in Brisbane in 1983, Rosewood in New Zealand in 1984, Sydney in 1986 before moving to Whyalla. Whyalla Morris started in 1989 when I was invited to perform at the Whyalla Show so I gathered a group of dancers from Adelaide and proclaimed the formation of the Whyalla Morris Dancers, a side that never actually existed but which hosted plenty of ales, toured around the world, performed at Ring Meetings, received government grants and still appears. I continued to move around joining Black Stump, then Perth Morrismen before a couple of years in Melbourne dancing with Britannia, Brandragon and Red Raven. I also got seconded yo Sydney and joined Black Joak for a while. Then back to Adelaide Morrismen and the occasional Whyalla Ale. I was also a long time ago, Squire of Perth and Sydney as well as the Australian Morris Ring.

Please note this is a work in progress in its very early stages and I have a lot of sorting and annotating to do. Feel free to tag people and sides if you stumble across this site. They are in utterly random order, probably best to search by album.
