Terms & Conditions :

>50% payment is required as booking money (minimum 30 days before the event) & the rest 50% is payable on the day of event or one week before delivery. (we do not accept cheques)

>La Evento hold the right to display any photograph and video to promote the business in Facebook, advertising media, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.

>Booking money is non-refundable, but may rescheduled under special circumstances and on availability.

>It may take approx. 12 weeks to deliver the photos & videos (prints & DVDs), but u can take raw files after 4/5 days of the event by paying rest of the amount.

>For additional hour it will be charged 3,000 BDT per hour.

>All the Charges mentioned here are not negotiable and only applicable for the Events held in DHAKA.

>For better Photographs and motion pic the location/venue/stages/places where the character/Bride & Groom would been must have adequate light and proper decorations.

>La Evento hold the right to change any of these package details.

> Combo 01 : 1 Senior Photographer with one Assistant Photographer + 1 Cinematographer

Duration : 4 hrs (approx)

Area : Venue Oriented. Specially designed for small engagement or nikkah events.

Printed copies : 5L-40 copies, 12L-1 copy.

All pictures will be delivered on a DVD as well.

Cost : 30,000 BDT (per event)

  

> Combo 02 : 3 Photographer including Kazi Arefin 2 hours + 1 Cinematographer

Duration : 5 hrs (approx)

Area : Venue Oriented.

Printed copies : 5L-100 copies, 12L-2 copy. or a Photobook with some selected portraits.

All pictures will be delivered on a DVD as well.

Cost : 50,000 BDT (per event)

  

> Combo 03 : 3 Photographer including Kazi Arefin 3 hours+ 2 Cinematographer

Duration : 5 hrs (approx)

Area : Venue & parlour.

Printed copies : 5L-100 copies, 12L-2 copy. or a Photobook with some selected portraits.

All pictures will be delivered on a DVD as well.

Cost : 70,000 BDT (per event)

  

> Combo 04 : 4 Photographer including Kazi Arefin 4 hours + 3 Cinematographer

Duration : 6 hrs (approx)

Area : Venue, home & parlour.

Area : indoor/outdoor/venue

Concentration: only subject (Bride & Groom) oriented

Capture : as much as possible.

No Print

All pictures will be delivered on a DVD.

Ultra : 02 cinematographers will cover the whole event • Documentary based edited movie (HD-1080p)Cost : 25,000 BDT (per event)
