Hey everyone! My name is Josh and I’m expected to graduate this May with a degree in ITI. I started my photography journey back in the summer of 2016. I was going on a bunch of hikes and road trips and really wanted to somehow capture the moments and that is when I picked it up. I took a pretty long break from photography, that started this past summer so about 6 months and saw this class as an opportunity to get back into it.

I have been using a Canon Rebel T6 since and although I’m ready for an upgrade, I will be using this camera for the period of the class. I mainly used the 18-55mm and the 75-300mm lenses but recently picked up a 50mm portrait lens. I have enjoyed both landscape and portrait photography. The urban street style is where I’d like to continue and focus on.

As for Photoshop, I am comfortable using the application but I do not have it on my computer. When I was constantly shooting, I was using Lightroom to edit my pictures. Looking forward to improving my Photoshop skills during the class.
