Hi!

I'am Leonardo, Leo if you prefer, and I actually live in Oporto, Portugal. I am originally from Faído in Switzerland but I came to Portugal when I was a little child.

Since then I lived in a small village in Douro Region. This still remains a place that I visit a lot, not only by my family but also because it´s a place where I can calm down, relax, think and mostly run away from the big city´s stress.

My passion about photography appeared while I was doing my master degree at the Faculty of Engeneering of the University of Porto.

I regard myself to be an amateur photographer and I know that I still have a lot to learn.

Photograpgy let me escape from the world but essencially it let me show the world's beauty because we are surrounded by amazing details that most of the time we don't see.

All this to say that I love to be behind my camera lens I and hope you enjoy my work and understand the emotions that are behind the pictures that I present here.
