Hi there, I'm Rod Heywood. I love the fact that landscape photography gets me out of the house to go hiking and exploring new places. I raise money through the sale of fine art photography for worthy projects that help children throughout the world. Beyond the adventure of getting out and capturing beautiful images, I'm also passionate about creating an opportunity for both the photographer and the patron to make a tangible difference in the lives of many children and communities. Recent projects assisted include the Jumla Nepal Home for the Blind, Project Rescue and ChildHope schools throughout Latin America.

I was born in San Francisco, raised in Southern California and have been living on the Central Coast of California since 1992. I'm an educator and entertainer (substitute teacher), community service worker, bilingual public speaker, and play guitar and harmonica. I also enjoy taking portraits and restoring vintage photos.

To order prints or for more information, please see my website generousfotos.zenfolio.com/ or just google my name, Rod Heywood. Thank you and take care!
