technology, continuously broadcasts a user-programmable message to a maximum distance of 300 feet to all Android

devices around you through Bluetooth. The message can be up to 40 characters plus a clickable link to a website. This message shows up as a silent notification on an Android device.

It doesn’t need an app to have the notification show up on a phone.

Every Android comes loaded and unlocked with the ability to get the notifications as long as you have Bluetooth turned on.
