"Sometimes people are criticized for not seeing the forest for the trees, but in Photomosaics, the trees are often as fascinating as the forest."

I make mosaics ... Well, er, I make many other things too but I won't publish them in here ;)

I love mosaics, I really do !

FAQ

Do you make your mosaics by hand?

Of course not

What program do you use to render your mosaics ?

I use several programs to render the mosaics ... If you're willing to make your own ones I recommend you to start with Andreamosaic, Picture Midley and/or Mosaizer (they're free). If you still want to make a pro mosaic, buy a commercial software like ... the one that fits your needs: Don´t be lazy and surf the net.

How long does it usually take to do just one of these, on average?

See it this way :

1 I've downloaded up to 70.000 images for ONE gallery (the small pictures that form the background image), then check they are all the same size, resize if needed, check there are no image repetitions under a different name. Then make the gallery ... and

2 Choose a suitable background image, edit if needed and render (of course a second mosaic with the same gallery will take only minutes)

Do you take commissions?

Yes, I do. I can make a mosaic of you, your sweetheart, your children or even your boss ;) Looking for a way to create the perfect image for anniversaries, mother’s day, birthdays, team events, invitations, weddings – or simply to say ‘thanks’? You just found me.

How much do you charge for a mosaic?

Art and expertise are not free. It depends on several factors (if I use my galleries or your own, for instance)

How can I contact you to know the commission process?
