Thought it was time to update this, though I wonder if anyone reads these profiles. I started birding with some passion in April of 2017. In June of 2017 I purchased my first camera and lens, a Nikon D500 and Tamron 150-600 G2. I've bought a few more lenses and I've started photographing more than birds, though they are still my favorite. And although I've learned a great deal, I still don't feel qualified to call myself a "photographer". I'm just a dude who likes taking pictures of stuff.

I originally joined Flickr hoping for honest, constructive criticism of my photos. While I appreciate the likes, there has never been any of that, so I want to state openly that I appreciate any technical or artistic feedback you might have for me. I want to be a photographer. :-)
