Now living in Blackheath at the top of the Blue Mountains, 1.5hrs drive west of Sydney NSW Australia, I was born in Nelson NZ. As a young boy I travelled by ship from Nelson to Wellington through the notorious French Pass where the legendary Risso's Dolphin "Pelorus Jack" used to keep seafarers safe from harm. The legend has remained with me to this day some 65 years later and has become my photographic pseudonym.
