The GIZ project – Transport, Mobility, Logistics in Namibia – aims at enabling the Ministry of Works and Transport (MWT) and key-players operating in the transport, mobility and logistics sector to improve their service delivery. The project includes the implementation of policies in the transport sector, development of public transport in Windhoek and the Northern Regions, the development of Namibia into a logistics hub and gives support to the capacity of tertiary institutions such as University of Namibia (UNAM) and the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). GIZ provides viable, forward-looking solutions for political, economic, ecological and social development in a globalized world.
