This is how to have a mid-life crisis, when you can't afford a motorbike or a mistress !

I have had diecast cars all my life, amassing a large Matchbox model's of yesteryear collection (straw boxes) as a youf.

I got into Mattel 1/64 as they were cheap and readily available to give to my nephew. However I kept a couple and my collection grows.

Frustrated by poor supply and detail that looks wrong, I have taken to learning how to home customise and restore diecast car's. It won't put a meal on the table, or save a life, but it might save my sanity!

I also like a picture of a decent looking motor or anything else of interest.
