I began photography as an occasional hobby in my early twenties, way back in the 1970's. Working in an applied photography in a Graphic Reproduction Studio meant that I never became interested in portraiture or wedding photography, it was too much like my job - so my photo hobby was and still remains purely self-indulgent. Periods of work and academic study sometimes meant that my photography took a 'back seat', but my recent retirement has provided me with more time and opportunity to take up this hobby once more, and to share some of my images online. I hope that you enjoy them.
